This class is designed to prevent decline in balance and functional mobility associated with aging. We will work with you to improve balance, strengthen and condition all the systems that play role in balance control.
Bone Building
This class is designed to prevent and minimize bone loss and reduce effects of osteoporosis. We will concentrate on improving posture, strength, flexibility, as well as on improving balance and preventing falls.
Pre & Postnatal Conditioning
This class is designed to prevent and decrease pains and strains associated with pregnancy and delivery, prepare your body for childbirth and restore your body back to shape after pregnancy.
